We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number with the return address. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered, or used. Your return must be sent through a carrier, of your choice, that is able to provide a tracking number. Returns without the original receipt must reference the order number, which you will find in your order confirmation email. Please note that final clearance and giveaway items are not eligible for returns. This will be clearly marked on the individual product detail page.
What Else Should I Know?
- All returned items must be returned in their original condition, and in original packaging if applicable.
- Your refund will include the price of the item with tax, but will not include any applicable shipping charges.
- If you are receiving your refund via credit card, please allow up to one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
